Billie J. Ticknor was born in Fort Worth, Texas, June 18, 1956. A Graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Tech University School of Law.
Mr. Ticknor is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He was a Briefing Attorney to the Texas Court of Appeals, Second Supreme Judicial District 1984-1985.
He was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas in 1983. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and the US District Court, Northern District
